Loving your neighbor is not connecting to your suffering. It is not crying your tears or feeling your pain.
To love your neighbor is to direct the loving force of your heart to strengthen the other. Be present, even from a distance, to send the Flame of Love.
You are now sending that energy. He is sending it all the time, but often he can not perceive it, for he lets himself be carried by what he sees with his eyes, which are matter.
Disconnect from matter. Remember that matter on this planet is illusion. It is a physical projection of the mental creation of all humanity, vibrating in thoughts of pain, fear and suffering.
Do not allow your reality to be what you are seeing with the "eyes of matter." This is not your reality. Reality is what you can see and feel with your heart. This will materialize in your eyes as everyone is vibrating in the same tune.
Always be ready to help, to send your loving energy from the heart, and remember: what the "eyes of matter" see, is not your reality.
Reality is contained within every human heart.
Design that loving reality created within your hearts for all of humanity. Transmit this illusory vision of hatred, rancor, hurt, suffering, pain and fear that is creating the material reality of your present time. Soon, in a short time, everything will be clean and this reality will be transformed.
Watch this process without involvement. Let the learning and cleaning take place. Look at it with loving eyes and realize how beautiful it is. The cleansing, the sorrows, the pains, the fears, all going away, being carried through Love to the Universe, being transmuted into forgiveness, affection, acceptance and faith.
All will be clean at the end of the process. Many of you may observe that it may seem to be suffering, but be aware that it is not the suffering that you observe materialized, but a blessed cleansing which you can only perceive with the eyes of the heart.
Stay connected to the heart. Contribute to the process of cleansing all humanity, sending more Love and showing everyone that suffering is not the reality of the planet, but rather an illusion.
Send Love and you will receive more Love from all beings who are in higher dimensions, always being protected and loved, protected in our Love.
